Frank Henderson founded Coastal Disposal LLC in 2005 with a simple goal: create a better life for his family through hard work, dedication, and exceptional service.

What started as a part-time operation with a worn-down truck and picking up garbage by hand while working a full-time job has grown into a trusted local business serving Ocean County and the surrounding communities. Through years of determination and perseverance, Frank built Coastal Disposal from the ground up, earning a reputation for reliability, fair pricing, and quality work.

A resident of Stafford Township since 1983, Frank takes great pride in serving the community where he raised his family. He believes in treating customers with respect, showing up when promised, and never leaving a job unfinished. His commitment to dependable service and meticulous work has earned the trust of homeowners, contractors, businesses, and municipalities throughout the area.

Following Hurricane Sandy, Coastal Disposal was recognized by local residents for the quality and professionalism of its cleanup efforts in Beach Haven West. While many out-of-state companies came and went, Frank and his team were praised for their dedication to helping the community recover and rebuild.

Today, Coastal Disposal remains a family-owned and operated business focused on building lasting relationships with customers and other local businesses. Whether it's a dumpster rental, junk removal project, site cleanup, or demolition job, Frank approaches every project with the same work ethic and attention to detail that helped build the company from day one.

When he's not working, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, supporting local events and fundraisers, and enjoying the beaches and coastal communities he has called home for more than four decades.

Ask around and you'll hear the same words time and time again: hardworking, reliable, responsible, and fair. Those values continue to guide Coastal Disposal every day.
